Very reliable, hard-working crew. Pablo and his team showed up on time every day and went straight to work reinforcing our 1950s raised foundation in Torrance. He speaks good English. They explained what they were doing and provided lots of pictures of their work under the house. They cleaned up their work very well, and I also like that they each wore the company shirt.

I chose L A Seismic Construction Company to repair my front stairs because Renato Sebastian, who gave the estimate, shows professionalism as well as Tag and Valaria communicating with me. Victor and Carlos are very nice and did a great job. I like it! Í surely recomménd them.
