Luis was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable from the very first phone call. I had damage from recent wind storms and rain storms that the insurance company said they would not cover. I called Luis and explained what was going on he verbally told me what it sounded like and asked if he could come over the next day. I happily agreed. When he came over he showed me how the roof was not properly installed and how the water was coming in my home. We discussed the price and work to be done. Luis showed me in detail what was happening with my shingles. The very next day he completed all the work as discussed. I have not had any leaks or roofing issues since.
