Rick LaCanne is a VERY HARD worker! We had a VERY HARD time with finding a faulty wire above our transmitter!! He didn't stop looking until he found the problem!!! He came out right away when we didn't have any water, heat, or electricity! We live in the country and that is what happens when you don't have electricity!! He cared and he worked well with Steele Waseca Cooperative to get our electricity back on again. He even brought his dog 🐶 along to play with our 🐶 dog! WHAT FUN!!!

I have worked with many electricians in the past. None of them compare to Rick LaCanne and his crew. They are timely, informative, and communicate well. They stand by their work and ensure that the customer is pleased. If only they all could be as good as LaCanne electric.
