Two hours prior it was up and fine until your employee went into my car, left it unlocked, put the window down and failed to put it back up (Why he would need to put down the windows? There is no reason unless he was doing something inside my vehicle that he should not have been doing). We drove 2 hours that day to visit the city, the window had no problem driving 2 hours averaging 50 mph the whole way, he moved my car 10 feet and the car was left unlocked, money was missing, the car smelled, the window wouldn't go up, and he gave us a bad attitude. Someone definitely went through my glove compartment because something was on the floor when I got back to my car.

They scratched my door when they opened it up to get in, the parking attendant just let it hit the wall and left it there as he got in. I have the video my car recorded from where they parked it, I’ll be sending to them…

They scuffed my rims badly when I picked up my truck. My truck was parked too close to the curb .

Attendant told us system was down and so he’d only take cash and that he didn’t know the real prices so we’d have to pay $60 cash to park for a two hour dinner. Safe to say we left and went to icon and paid $25.
