Lady Street Garage

On my first visit here on March 7th, 2026 I had to pay for parking while visiting soda City at 11:37 a.m. for 1 and 1/2 hours was $4. Very tight for a compact car so I can only imagine oversized vehicles trying to enter and exit this garage. Not really good signs posted for going up each level. I was pretty much driving in circles. One elevator was out no one really at the pay booth. I love the tap pay because I'm very skeptical about inserting my card as I've had multiple cards being stuck in booths at parking garages. The soda City website stated that parking in the city was free at the times of soda City market event from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m Saturday. I still had to pay on a Saturday. This was no holiday.

Complete trash. System randomly doesn’t accept tickets, so either you pay a $15 lost ticket fee or don’t leave. Oh, and they never answer their calls. Useless.

Took 45 minutes to exit after getting in our car. Brutal exit process.

Like countless others have said: the elevator is rickety and decrepit, the spaces are tight so even those of us in compact cars have to weave around SUVs, and it takes forever. The only positive is that the ticket machine on the way out is broken half the time so you literally can’t pay for your terrible experience. The 24/7 Help button is purely decorative.

At printe time a guard should be posted at the exit gates. It took me almost 30 mins to get out of the garage. Credit cards weren’t working, parking passes weren’t working. Elevator on Lady street was incredible slow, and the buttons to get to the floor you need didn’t work (5th floor). The spaces are incredibly narrow.
