Great group of people! I've been stopping in every week or so since November to pick up a few pieces of sod for puppy training. The price is more than fair, they always have some in stock (if not that day, they will the next), and help me load it into the car each and every time. They also wrote my number down when I first called last Fall and called me a few days before my pup was due to come home so they could put some pieces aside. All around just an absolute pleasure to do business with!

Picked up 35 bags of Grade A Cypress Mulch for my beautiful Aunt Pat at this location yesterday and had to take the time to write a review because EVERYONE was extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. The pricing on the bags was very reasonable and affordable. Really appreciate the level of service provided when I was there. I highly recommend them and I have used them for many years (15+). Thanks to all whom I encountered at this location.

I pulled into the Lafayette location . Chris Lebouef the owner, walked me out and showed me the perfect garden mix for my project . He personally loaded me up and sent me on my way. Chris and his team are the best in the business! The project came out perfect… Thanks to Lafayette Material!

Went to get fill dirt and they tell me no I need topsoil and I said okay and they give me topsoil would not be trash in it branches roots glass rocks was very disappointed. That was not the soil I was looking for. You listen to the people there cuz you think they know what they're talking about and come to find out they didn't

This place is great! Friendly service and keeps you informed of delivery every step of the way. Very knowledgeable and helpful with project planning. Their driver was very helpful and friendly too. I couldn’t believe how quickly they arrived after ordering - same day delivery! All around great experience working with Lafayette Materials and will recommend to everyone.
