Lafayette Square Parking Garage (Propark)

Took over an hour to get out. So many tech issues. One exit door is physically broken and the other wouldn’t scan credit cards. (This was after a show - each car had to individually call customer service to get the gate open, taking 10 mins per car … we were toward the front of the line, can’t imagine how long the wait was for cars behind… Security was unable to help. Horrible and frustrating end to the night.

Based on my experience these reviews are accurate. if you try more then one credit or bank card to pay make sure you check you online accounts. Suprise both cards charged receipt for one.

Terrible parking garage. the gates don’t work and there are not operators to assist. Took close to an hour to get out. We moved at about 1 car every 3-4 minutes. Horrible

This garage came under new management over 6 months ago and since then the maintenance of security in the garage has all but vanished. There are three main gates that typically closed after 8 or 9 pm to keep from trespassers, while the doors to the garage were locked as such that a key card was needed to gain entry into the facility at night and before 7 am the next morning. If you had a ticket you could also get access so the system worked wonderfully! Over the last several months the gates have not closed once and the doors are unlocked 24hrs a day. As a result there have been teenagers using the ramps in the garage to ride their bikes and skateboards while vehicles are driving through. My vehicle was also broken into as there are only cameras at the entrances to the garage. We pay month

Terrible Garage. NO security, gates are accessible any time of the day and night. My car was broken into and several items were stolen and the car was Vandalized. Teenagers ride bicycles and skateboard inside it and the police are nonexistant.
