Lafond Septic was incredible to work with. Brian fit me in the very same day I called—when no one else even picked up the phone. He treated me like a friend from the start and stayed in contact throughout the whole process to make sure I was taken care of. His responsiveness and genuine care truly won my business. Highly recommend. Came out same day. My toilets were bubbling and he walked me through as to why showing me that my filter needed to be cleaned. My above ground septic was cleaned and he even replaced my stripped screws. I will be using them 100% moving forward.

We had an emergency this past week, once it was clear it was our septic, I called Lafond right away. Having three kids 3 and under and another on the way in the coming weeks I was more them stressed. They were quick and as always did wonderful work. They communicated what was going on so well and removed any stress we had quickly. As far as we are concerned there is no other septic company, it will always be Lafond!
