Complete satisfaction! I had scheduled an appointment at a home showing West Springfield. Dan came out as scheduled (I’m in CT) and was great to deal with. Wonderful customer service and affordable pricing for exactly what I wanted. Door came in just as he said it would. I was not able to be home when the crew showed up but they did arrive as scheduled. I was able to stop home for a few minutes during the day and the 2 man crew was working hard. They answered the couple of questions I had and carried on. I am very happy with every aspect of the process with Menard. Would recommend them 100%.

Doug (owner) & his son Dan are a great duo. They have both recently came to my house to handle some issues with my garage doors. Most recently, they installed 2 new openers. They were both very knowledgeable about their services and the products they install. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the doors are working great now. I am a very happy customer.

Doug and his son installed 2 garage doors yesterday at my home. Excellent job! Why ? They showed up on time and quoted me a reasonable price. He quoted me a tune up on my old doors and a price for 2 new doors with installation. They arrived 2 days later on time and installed my 2 garage doors. They were professional and polite. The doors looked great. They clean the entire area when complete. They installed weather sealing on the doors. They opened and closed very quite. I was 100% satisfied! Yes and I am on the picky side. I strongly recommend them for garage door repair/replacement. Great job and thanks again !’

Doug came out on a Saturday morning to give me a quote. He was prompt and professional and gave us a great price for our door! Setup an appt and his crew showed up on time and installed our door and opener in 2.5 hours. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable and explained all the functions of the opener to me before they left. They also took away my old door and cleaned up after.
