Lagrange Pool & Spa

If you want to feel like an inconvenience this is your place. I have been buying my pool chemicals here and the two younger employees I have dealt with have been incredibly helpful and polite to the customers. On the other hand, the rest i have dealt with have not. AND DO NOT CALL FOR A SERVICE CALL they will send someone (service guys were nice) out to look at it for ten minutes, not have time to fix it, then some incredibly miserable woman will call to angrily talk down to you in a way that makes you never want to do business with them again, demanding you pay for an hour of labor. Too many others around to deal with pitiful customer service.

We are new to caring for our pool ourselves. Shannon was so knowledgeable and sweet. She literally spent 30 mins going over everything with us! My husband and I both left in astonishment about the service we received. Please give Shannon a raise. She's amazing! We will definitely be back.

Good selection of chemicals. Their BioGuard system has always cleaned up my pool whenever I've had issues.

Very nice staff! After waiting 5 months for Starling to fix a leak in my pool, Lagrange pool and spa had it done and resolved quickly. They were professional and reliable. I would recommend them before any other pool company in Lagrange!!!
