Laigle Floorcovering & Design- East Canaan, CT

We just completed our new home a few months ago and had the pleasure of working with Laigle flooring. They did our entire house; hardwood, carpet and all bathroom tile. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They helped us choose the perfect materials for each space, and the installation process was smooth and efficient!! Photos of our master bath, couldn’t be happier!!

The team at Laigle did an excellent job. Beginning with Christine, who found the perfect carpet. Riley continued our positive experience when he came to our house to measure and quickly provide a quote. Then, Hector and his partner were excellent installers. They were hard workers and neatly completed 3 rooms in one day with nonstop energy. We were pleased from start to finish and love our new carpeting!

I just had floors installed by LAIGLE. Aside from the fact I’m totally satisfied with my flooring selection, the team that they sent in were hardworking and pleasant. My entire house except for the entry way, kitchen and bathrooms were completed in 3 days. The men were prompt and efficient and skillful. I would absolutely work with LAIGLE again.

2 years later and I am still finding new spot where our flooring was badly installed. The tiling was done well although the selection is limited. Our contractor insisted that we use Laigle and that they could get us anything. Untrue. They do not have any interesting tile. But I usually shop in NYC. It’s a fine store for local taste but hard to find anything interesting and of high quality. But my main problem is the wood floors were installed really badly. The Mr Laigle didn’t want to hear about the abundant gaps, unevenness and rough edges. If I had it to do again, I’d have my handy man do the install and buy elsewhere. He installed the extra floor in another house bathroom and it looks great.

Had a wonderful experience with Jeremy and the staff here. They tiled our bathroom flooring, and were professional, timely, and affordable. I never felt rushed into a decision, and the staff took the extra time and consideration to ensure that we would love the finished result. Thanks again Jeremy for all your time and assistance!
