We bought a Fisher & Paykel refrigerator from a different store over the summer and two different delivery teams came out to try to install the water filter and couldn't do it. Mike L with Perotti & Sons came over and not only was determined to figure it out - a complicated job that involved installing the filter in our basement and running a line through the ceiling and into our tiled floor above! - but he enlisted the "help" of my 6 and 9 year old boys who got to feel important and useful in the process. Incredibly kind and capable, he got the job done even though it was a massive pain and did it all with a smile on his face. He really went above and beyond to make sure it was working. Highly recommend!

I have had my furnace serviced by them, a mini split AC unit installed and both were very positive experiences. The latest is they came out over a false alarm on my well pump. Again, very courteous and accommodating. Highly recommended!
