My wife's 2019 Subaru Forester required a windshield replacement due to a large crack. I spoke with a few different employees over the course of scheduling over the phone and on-site vehicle drop-off/pick-up. Each employee was polite, professional, and efficient. They were also knowledgeable in understanding that the Forester has an ADAS system where the front cameras require special calibration procedure after windshield replacement, and provided this service as well. Some other glass businesses I spoke with would not replace my windshield as a company policy due to this special required service. I ordered two pieces of glass from this shop, one was perfectly cut to size (smaller one) the second (bigger one) was not. The finish on the edge was very poor even for basic finish. This is not safely finished for kids. I would not recommend this shop.
