Just hope you're not on a small grid because you don't matter to them. You could send the cleaning lady with a hot stick and fuse and fix the problem in 5 minutes but that's ok you suk and I have no options but I still pay you 52 dollars a month every month and I'm only here 4 months and your rates are way to high

Rediculous!!! Our house burnt down last June . Just live in our basement with only a few things plugged in. Bill is $350+ every month!!!!! DUMB!!! Should be allowed power company options and choices. RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED!!!!!!!!

We own a small (700 Sq Ft) lake home in their service area, purchased fall 2018. We also own a larger home (5700 finished sq ft with unfinished basement) in the twin cities. Our power bill for 2-3 weekends per month is 2-3 times HIGHER than my everyday home! I thought something was wrong with the set up or bill. I called, nope the rates are just that high. It is obvious that they receive regular phone calls from concerned "members" as the customer service woman (Jessica?) rudely dismissed both myself and my husband when the rates were brought up. We are in the process drafting plans for a new cabin and have decided to invest in Solar. At this rate, with Lake Country Powers fees- it will pay for itself in only a handful of years. Way too long to restore power I don't know the extent of outages but my experience with other power utilities was better. The map for the outages is very difficult to find your own location I reported my outage this morning and my id number was not on the site however I do want to thank the crews it's hot tough working conditions and you are appreciated. Admin please try to improve the website outage map it leaves a lot to be desired. Thank you RGE

If they tell you it's showing that you have power at the meter and you need an electrician...not neccesarily so. Could have lost neutral on a pole somewhere, in which case you're getting minimal power in the house. Brownout. Your house being like a trickle charger. Learned the hard way. Make them come out BEFORE the electrician!
