First and foremost, I want to say Amanda and Dominic were great frontline people to talk to get get a quote and assessment scheduled for work on my garage door. Phil, the technician came out and quoted various options including complete door replacement. What impressed me most was Phil assessed some door needs and made a short-term repair on my door spring. He didn’t have to do that and it was wonderful of him to leave me in a better and safer spot for my door when he didn’t have to. From a financial perspective, I needed to go in another direction but their customer service and care for safety was top notch! I didn’t feel pressured whatsoever. Thank you guys very much! Great service and great people! Once again top notch!

We needed service to our garage door opener and having used this company several times over the years and never have had any problems with their service, I called them again. They were a quick response and knew what to do!! Excellent service, great technician with complete knowledge of our openers (we have 2) and very polite!!! Highly recommend them for purchase, install and service!!!!

One of my springs (left) broke and prohibited my family from being able to open the garage door. My neighbors informed me to reach out to LCD, and thankfully I did. Amanda and the crew were extremely professional and helpful. They made accommodations to get my door fixed and the price was much better than I expected. I’ve since have referred them to many friends and family, and all have been just as impressed!

Phil was beyond a doubt the kindest and most respectful service man I’ve ever worked with. He repaired our garage door sensors without just replacing our opener and saved us hundreds when another company said they couldn’t. He was positive and set the standard for how anyone who performs repairs or service should treat others. We will recommend and will use this business again!

Heard a loud bang in my garage and then my garage door wouldn’t open. I called lake county door and they had someone out same day within hours. Phil came to our house, started repairs right away and was very respectful. Price was excellent too! Thank you Lake county door!
