⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Quick Response Heating & Cooling LLC is the perfect name for this company. They were extremely busy, yet instead of leaving me to wait, they went above and beyond to guide me step by step through fixing my AC unit myself. With young kids at home and a pregnant wife, having cool air again was urgent. He completely understood and took time out of his personal day—even delaying his own shower and sleep—to make sure I could get it working. Later, he even followed up after a nap to confirm everything was running properly. Through a phone diagnosis, he quickly identified the likely issue as the capacitor. When I replaced it, I also discovered a melted wire that needed attention. I didn’t have much knowledge or confidence at first, but his encouragement motivated me to keep going unt

If I could rate them higher I would. I needed another heat source after some remodeling in the kitchen. Doug and Geoff assessed my situation recommending a mini split to cover the square footage. Came over on time, installed answered all my questions and even took a look at another issue I was having in my in-law suite at no charge! They even entertained my dogs for a few hours when I had an emergency at work! Highly recommend!!!

First of all I'd like to share with a pleasure it is to deal with Jeff and his company he became the very next morning after I talked to him to look at my boiler system. he and his worker were pleasant very informative and easy to understand they got right to work with my problem fixed it and explained to me how he fixed it I had another issue while he was here with some leaky pipes which he gladly took charge of and fixed too. He was here at 8:30 in the morning and did not leave until 1:30 The price was very fair for that time charged and he was on my list to call whenever I have HVAC problems of any kind.

My experience with Quick Response was great. They came out on a Sunday when my furnace wasn’t working. Let me know what time he could come and called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived he systematically checked out the whole furnace to find the problem. The technician Jeff was very nice and explained everything he was doing and fixed the problem without trying to replace parts that didn’t need replaced. I would definitely recommend Quick Response. This is a company you can trust to not overcharge or rip you off
