I called this group in the morning and was told the "technician" would arrive between 12-1 and would call before hand. I called at 11:30 inquiring when the technician would arrive. The women on the phone said he's running late and would call me shortly after 12pm. No call. So, I called back and was told he's running late and could be at my house between 4-5pm. I called at 4pm, and was told the technician won't be coming to my house today. I was speaking with some totally unprofessional inexperienced customer service person (not sure what his role there is) who wouldn't tell me anyone's name - or how to contact a manager. Unfortunately, the manager and owner "Mr. Peter's" (not sure if he's real) are leaving a bunch of people who are inexperienced to man his business. If you like bein
