Matt Hodge came out and gave us a price on different wattage on their generators. He explained everything so well that we had no problem picking the right one for us. Extremely nice man and we felt right at home with him. Talking to him was like talking to a friend and we had never met before today Hunter Hood came out with Matt to install our generator. He is very knowledgeable and hard working. Never met him before today but was impressed with him just like we were with Matt. I highly recommend this company and appreciate their service.

Corey and James were the epitome of professionalism and personality. While explaining our situation, they listened intently and offered their solution. They returned to finish the project and I rest easy in the fact that my home is “electrical safe” Lake James installed our whole home generator a few years back and their attention to our well being is always taken care of. Garrett did a very thorough job servicing my generator. Cleaned up everything after he was done. I would give him a five-star rating. The price was a little high I thought for the job but he did not have anything to do with setting the price.

Matt was super nice and extremely knowledgeable about my questions regarding what we were wanting. Very down to earth and most importantly to us he was not pushy in selling us what we needed. He suggested what he felt would be sufficient for us in our needs. Could not ask for any better. We will be using Lake James for this project. Thank you Matt for being a great guy.

I noticed that my generator was not working less than 24 hours before the predicted arrival of a record-setting ice storm. When I called Lake James Electric, they said they would have a technician out there before the storm hit to get my generator working. They came out the same day I called, and shortly after they sent a second tech out to my home with the parts needed to finish the job. Their service far exceeded my expectations and they kept my electricity/heat on.
