Our company, Hasty Surveying L.L.C. performed a boundary survey as a subcontractor for Andy and he didn't pay, nor would he answer the phone after several months of trying to contact him. I'd suggest getting your money up front if you deal with this guy.
We just want to clarify.... we have been told this company doesn’t pay subs, but they are not, in any way, affiliated with our company, LAKE WEST HOMES, LLC. PLEASE do not confuse us with this contractor
Be warned, this Andy Baker guy is a screw ball. He sub-contracted a job collected the money and didn't pay the sub contractors
