After a thorough consultation, the team installed our new AC efficiently. It’s been running flawlessly for two weeks!
Their guy just came out to fix the AC unit at my workplace because there was a little water build up in the floor by the unit after they "fixed" it yesterday. Instead, they flooded the entire room. As the guy was leaving, I asked if somebody was coming out to clean all this up and was told "That's not my problem." You can see where the water was when they were called this morning. The rest of the pictures are from after they left.
