Receptionist is unbelievably rude when calling to set up an appointment. They also arrived at 10am instead of the 12-2pm window I was given so of course when I went for a walk they showed up. When I arrived home the truck was leaving and as I'm calling to let them know I'm there they ignored me. Very unprofessional. Go with Coppola! They are lovely to speak to!

It makes a world of difference when the people answering the phones are knowledgeable about the trade they work for. I called Coppola first because they were in the same vicinity and had more reviews. However, the woman who answered either could not or did not offer me any direction even though I gave very specific details about my problem. All she could offer was to send a tech out for a fee. AND the tech NEVER called me anyway! I had a completely different experience calling Lakeland. Patty, without hesitation, asked me very specific details about my problem and was (essentially) able to diagnose it over the phone. Lakeland is now on my speed dial so I know exactly who to call when I have septic issues. Thank you Patty!

My parents used Lakeland for many years to septic pumpouts, and I had the opportunity to interact with Lakeland this August for the last pumpout before the house was sold. The work was done when scheduled and was done on time, quickly, and efficiently. Dom, the technician doing the pumpout was very engaging and explained everything he was doing. I definitely recommend Lakeland.
