We recently had a vacancy in a rental unit. I called Mike rehab a rental for me. I had never heard of him, no connection, I did not get a price nor had I ever used him before. Mike was available nearly right away, He did everything that I asked, and he did a great job! The bill I received was well within my experience. I would hire Mike again and I recommend him highly. He is a good man! Besides that, Mike is rated 5 Stars!

Mike pays attention to detail and does very nice work. He painted, fixed a closet door and laid vinyl flooring. All done exceptionally well.

We had Mike come in and do window trim and some miscellaneous ceiling tiles that needed to be Replaced. Mike did an amazing job. He was quick and precise. We will absolutely use him for future projects.

Mike has done several projects for me including fixing a garage door opener and my roof top furnace. He was prompt in answering my calls, communicating when he could come and came when he said he would. He was very competent and reliable.
