I had Warner come out to get everything working properly on 3 overhead doors/openers after they were installed as I couldn't get the cable to stay on one of the spools. They came out on a Friday and I never got notified that they were there and/or finished (turns out that that's not something they do at all). When I got home, I saw they had been there. I opened one door and cable shot off the spool. I called them right away, but they were closed until Monday so I left a voicemail telling them they needed to come back out to do the job correctly. They called me back on Monday and asked for more details of what was wrong. Called to schedule service with Warner Garage Door and was given an appointment for a week or two for routine maintenance - tightening/lubing my spring. That same day, another company was able to come out FOLLOWING day. So I called Warner and clearly canceled the appointment, and the guy tech on the phone begrudgingly said OK and hung up. . A couple of months later, I received an invoice for over $100 for “services rendered,” even though: .....I had canceled the appointment in advance. .....No technician ever called to say they were on the way or on site. .....My garage doors were locked, so no one could have actually accessed them. . Contacted these folks to have my garage door repair and go up just fine but would not go down consistently. They came out the next day worked on it for about three hours. Received a call the next morning saying that they were unable to repair it and I would have to replace it. I explained to them it was just a down pressure issue on the switch and it was easily adjusted. It took me approximately 10 minutes. Still working well today no issues whatsoever… They charged me $180 could not identify and or fix what was broken technicians are poorly trained or they just want to sell new units and not repair the old ones

Over charging!! Was told $75 service fee but billed $110 just to come out, labor extra. Prior to this, I had called back as i wanted something else repaired and hoped to get it done all at once to avoid additional service fee. Once they came, only half was done with no update given to me. Meaning I'd have to pay another $110 for them to finish? Staff on the phone was rude and dismissive.

I live in Nevis, Minnesota and and as a homeowner, I had my garage door completely jacked up and non-functional and I needed assistance. One call, and within 2 hours there's a technician at my house and 2 hours later my door is repaired, my mistakes corrected, and my door now is completely functional! That is fantastic service.
