I called for a plumbing leak. The septic guy came out, pulled out my refrigerator and said the leak was to my ice maker. He said they didn’t have any supplies on their truck as he was the septic side and their plumber didn’t come in to work. He then said that he temporarily fixed the leak but would have them email me a quote to permanently fix the issue and that heit wasn’t leaking now because they crimped the connection. I was charged and paid 214.00 dollars. After they leaft water was leaking more than it was. I didn’t receive an email the next day. I called them after I got home from work and they told me they would send me a message. Never heard from them since. So I paid $214.00 for them to pull out fridge and do nothing.

They came out the same day I called and pumped my system, pricing was fair and the tech was amazing very responsive and respectful. Will be using them again in the future and will be referring them to the people I know

Connor from Lakeside Septic came to pump our tank and he was great! Friendly, quick service, knowledgeable and he gave us very good suggestions for future care of our system. Definitely recommend for all your septic needs!

This company overall is a well taken care of business. When you call they answer and very good services from the office people if your needing help there the people to call.

I would give 0 stars if i could, but need to warn others of the dishonesty of this company. we had them come out and trouble shoot some wiring issues we had. the technician didn't have a tool in his truck so had to go back to the shop to get it. WE GOT CHARGED FOR THE WHOLE TIME HE WAS GONE. What a great business model right?! If I were them, I would do that every work order and just charge for the hours gone having lunch. Absolute BS. DO NOT USE. BE AWARE OF THIS DISHONEST COMPANY.
