Highly recommend! Top notch guy. Charlie installed a new septic system for me at one of my properties and did a fabulous job. He handled the job start to finish and I did not have to worry about anything. Easiest decision I ever made.

Charlie was referred to us to help us build a new deck, and he did an amazing job. He is very professional, on time, quick to respond to texts and emails, and he is extremely trustworthy. Besides our deck, he has helped us install indoor and outdoor lighting, paint, and fix a leaking window. He truly is a jack of all trades, and there is no job too big or too small for him. We will definitely keep Charlie in mind for future home updates/ repairs, and we would absolutely recommend him to friends and family.

Charlie is simply the best! I have used him for my home projects and referred him to my real estate clients and he never disappoints! His work is fantastic, he responds almost immediately when you call or text, he shows up on time, is courteous and professional, I could go on...(HELLO...what contractor does any of this??). Lakeside General Contractors remodeled our kitchen while we were in Florida. Charlie did an outstanding job on our kitchen. He took care of everything and texted us photos every day of the work being done. He is very dependable and he did everything we asked him to do. We are very pleased with his work.
