Our experience started with their customer service representative Kristie McClanahan. She was very helpful, pleasant and genuinely seemed to care about providing a positive experience. Her follow-up to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the work provided by their technician was prompt. The technician arrived when expected, answered our questions, replaced the humidifier cartridge and even helped us reschedule our thermostat. He was knowledgeable and very professional.

Had another awesome experience with a HVAC tech named Elder, I had met him while he worked for another company that no longer does HVAC.He is and has been very friendly, speaks at customer level when explaining work, parts, and cost. This is my first experience with Lakeside. From the time i made the call until the job was done it was a pleasant experience. I was scheduled by a very nice young lady who listened patiently as i described my bang, bang, heat on, heat off. You get the picture! I was scheduled the same day and only had to wait a couple hours. The technician "Elder" arrived a few minutes early and we talk for a few minutes while i explained the issue, he did not laugh at me. Ken and Miguel arrived on time. They were friendly, thoughtful, good listeners and problem solvers. Fixed the problem , replace a part in our heat pump, reset the system, helped us register our system and get the Honeywell app set up on my phone. Ken did an excellent job explaining everything in layman terms and walking his through the registration/app set up. Great customer service oriented professionals.

Crew showed up early and were actually finished with the job ahead of their original show-up time. They quickly found the problem(s) and had all the parts in their trucks to fix the furnace/heat pump. They went over which parts were needed and showed photos of the broken/non-working parts. They then provided a reasonable estimate with several options to repair the system. The work was done quickly and professionally. I'm very satisfied with their work.

I much appreciated Ken’s services from Lakeside. We had an issue with reverberations and too much pressure in a heat pump Lakeside installed in June 2025, which Ken worked with us to resolve under warranty, with much thoroughness and patience answering our questions (our house has multiple owners so double the normal questions I suspect). Ken and Miguel also provided timely service in servicing our second heat pump. Though we obviously would have preferred to not have an issue with the first heat pump, I again was grateful for Ken’s willingness to deeply explain the issues at hand and get us up and running again.
