From the sincerity of their representative when he was out to my home to do the estimate, right through to the job itself, the staff at Lakeside treated me honestly and fairly like you would expect of a seasoned business that's been around for 50 years. I had a problem in that I didn't have a relationship with an HVAC company since moving down to the Carolina's in 2019. The company that installed the A/C units in 2019 changed names 3 times since that time and I just no longer felt comfortable doing business with them, not knowing who I would be doing business with the next time I called. The install went great along with the servicing of my other existing furnace and they even cleaned my coils on the (2) A/C units ahead of checking those when the temperatures warm up and before cooling

We had our HVAC system and duct work replaced. Tom handled our replacement from start to finish and we were very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. The entire process was well organized and completed quickly. Everyone on the team, Mark, Ben, Austin, AJ and the ladies in the office were excellent to work with. Thank you Lakeside!

Professional employees from office to installers, awesome installation that is one of the best looking replacement jobs I have ever seen. I've seen new construction installs that were not this well done. Highly recommend this company

Jason " my " tech is professional and thorough. Have a 4yr old Trane High SEER complex system having air scrubber , heat pump and gas pack. He takes pride in his work and treats as if his own. He doesn't control pricing and spoke to Judy in office. She was pleasant. However, for an hr of work with no perishable materials pricing is above scale. I choose to do only yearly check up. Even with a bi yearly schedule @ more than $ 150 a hr is not " good ". I don't have them replace inside filters. My residence is less than 7 minutes from their facilities. Ownership would get full endorsement and 5 stars with price correction. Im a disabled veteran thus resources go so far. Take care of those who took care of you. One opinion.
