Lakeside was the HVAC contractor for the new subdivision in Forest Grove where we purchased our home. Their install work was great, and they were easy to work with when explaining operating details on the equipment, working with us on upgrades, and resolving issues we encountered with the general contractor builder. Five years later, we continue to rely on them for annual servicing for both our heating and AC systems. We had some operational challenges with a mini-split auxiliary system and they persisted with testing and trial until the matter was successfully resolved. Their pricing and charges are fair and competitive. We have recommended Lakeside with complete confidence to others in our community as well as family members. We have had nothing but excellent service from Lakeside Heating & Cooling — and today was no exception. They are responsive and flexible in scheduling, show up on time, and quickly solve the problem. Today they corrected a water leak coming from the inducer housing. I asked for, and accepted a quote yesterday and this morning they called to see if today would work for installation, since they had had a cancellation. Everything was quickly finished. No high-pressure sales, no up-selling, just prompt, honest service.

The Lakeside Team is professional and knowledgeable and they gave us a fair price. We never had AC at our house, so we hired the Lakeside Team to install a new horizontal AC unit along with new electrical and plumbing needed to integrate the AC with our existing system. We also had Lakeside install new AC unit at my mother's house. We are looking forward to summer.
