Jose Cruz with Lakeside Restoration has been the project leader on an extensive mold remediation project in our home. Throughout this incredibly stressful time, Jose is always available and has kept us up to date each day with the process of remediation. He has given advice and insight into how we can avoid a repeat of this situation by addressing critical areas of moisture reduction, humidity control and most importantly water intrusion. I can not say enough good things about everyone at Lakeside! They did an amazing job with our master bedroom & bathroom. The shower pan in our master bathroom had leaked into the wall causing mold and water damage to the carpet in our master bedroom. They were so wonderful and communicated every step of the process. Our bedroom and bathroom look like there was never any damage and the shower works wonderfully. We have already asked them to help with our front door wood rot problem because I wouldn't want to work with anyone else.

I worked with Corey after having some moisture damage from the AC unit that affected the closet the unit was in as well as the first floor ceiling below it. Corey was quick to develop an effective plan and was detailed and concise during his explanation every step of the way.
