Their zero-turn mowers badly tear up the lawn and it leaves huge areas bare. Update: they just came to mow and again, and again, tore up the lawn with their zero turn mower. Adding two, new photos, the last one being of an area I had recently reseeded and they tore up the new grass. I doubt their contract is going to be renewed. I hope not, anyway.

Y’all blew debris directly at my new car with your leaf blower. My car is parked in the far back parking lot so I don’t even know why you were near it doing that and also it’s not smart to mow in the rain. Which you do every single time. 🙄

They are the preeminent commercial landscape maintenance, design/build and installation, and snow/ice management team in our area. Lakeview Landscaping has been serving our retirement community for lawn cutting and snow removal service. Nice workers. Machines used are inappropriate for size and contour of property. Specifically, lawn machines tear up grass and do their snow removal machines. Attention to detail is not their forte. OK service but not the correct tools or attention to detail for the size property. ABF 60 Thompson Ln Update/Edit: 2025 was a better year for them and our HOA. Hot summer. They were markedly more service oriented and organized. Head lawn tech is a superior worker. Very communicative. 4 stars now. They need to work on things like seasonal adjustments to weather, machine maintenance with grass clippings not going into landscape trees, knowing when the season ends so homeowners can plan. Oth

It's been 3 weeks since they have cut the lawns in Hickory Hollow in Spencerport. Our management company has tried to contact you with no response. Also when you do get around to cutting and trimming you miss numerous areas and destroy my flower gardens while trimming.
