Lambcon Ready Mix

I can only say one thing positive. The drivers were nice. Other than that our entire experience was miserable. We scheduled them for a 10am pour. Our contractor was told it be delivered at 10am. I took off from work for the morning to wait for them. I even called the week before to give them my CC number to "hold that delivery time". I finished that conversation by asking to make sure it would be delivered at 10am. The man on the phone was short but said " yep. Truck loads at 9". After an entire day of waiting, and missing work for the whole day, we got our concrete around 3pm. This was after our contractor called and my husband called. It's a big driveway. They left the finishers to work in the dark. Thanks Lambcon for a memorable experience. I know a lot of people in the business. This

They do not show up when they are scheduled. I'm not talking 30 minutes or even an hour late. I'm talking about 5 hours late. It happened twice. The second was a repour because they were late the first time. That's a big deal when you're paying other people to finish the concrete and a contractor to supervise the job. Moreover, when I called to ask when the trucks would be here, the person I talked to was a total jerk, rude and ignorant with his customer service skills. I will never use these people again and I highly encourage you to NOT use them. Simply put, OUR EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE.

Concrete is good and driver's are great but when it comes to getting concrete when they say and when you reserve your time of day it will NOT happen. Re-pour same driveway that they were 4 hour's late delivering to, and here we are 3 hour's from 9am and still no concrete. I don't know how contractor's get their concrete on time from Lambcon and as a contractor paying cash still can't get concrete when it's promised. Pathetic

A contractor who poured a new driveway and porch for us ordered the concrete from Lambcon. Lambcon was on time, tidy, and worked quickly to unload. We ended up having a "disagreement" with the contractor and, as such, I had to call Lambcon myself. Carl at Lambcon was friendly, personable, respectful... just lovely to deal with. My experience with Lambcon was so positive that I have recommended them to the company who is handling our pool remodel as well as a friend of ours who installs flooring. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for concrete but who ALSO would like to be treated well in the process.

They didn't delivered on time. I placed the order one day previous for next day 10 A.M. Now is 12 hrs and after 2 hrs late and at least 6 phone calls for follow_up. They told me "I can't tell you what time the truck should be there". All that is disgusting. If this the way in which they work I never ever take your services.
