Northwest Exterminating - Ooltewah

I delivered a catering order to them. It's one of those mystery tips where it's supposed to come through 24 hours later, 24 later guess what? $0!!! I waited 15 minutes at the restaurant for the order, I drove my own car, I have rideshare insurance that I have to pay for. I can't support a business this stingy!!! In the end I was paid for $4 for an hour of my time!!! Karma!!!

When we bought our home, our builder used this company. Since I came from the West coast, I wasn't used to this service. I had a different company for regular pest control so I ignored the mail for the quarterly bill (my fault). Tech arrived at my house to remove the termite stations. I asked him not to while I called the office to sort it out. I called the office, spoke to a nice lady who explained it all to me. I paid the bill to current and thought everything was fine. I realized a few months later that I hadn't seen a bill. I checked my account online, and didn't see anything really. I called the office and they said my account was deactivated. I explained the whole situation and asked if someone could come out and make sure the stations weren't removed. They sent someone, he said they

Awesome. Came right out to do the inspection the next day. submitted my letter on the same day!! The inspector was very cordial and answered questions!

Hunter, our tech, is well spoken and personable. I like that the same person comes each time. They call ahead of time to remind you they’re coming and it’s easy to reschedule if needed. The treatment seems to be working so no complaints there.
