Lammers Heating & Air Conditioning

We contacted Lammers after finding out our furnace’s heat exchanger was rusting out and ready to fail. Josh came out and originally quoted us for a lower priced system. On the day of install when they showed up they discovered halfway during the removal that they had brought the wrong furnace and did not have the one I ordered. This was in early spring. Now instead of just putting space heaters in the house like most companies would do until the new unit came in Lammers stepped up and upgraded us to an Infinity high efficiency furnace and stat at no charge. That shows dedication to keeping your customers happy. They have really gone above and beyond for us. I would recommend them for any of your heating and cooling needs.

Lammers has always been the absolute best service. They are responsive responsible and knowledgeable. Today I thought the furnace had quit. Chris quickly discovered my propane tank was not registering and I was out of propane. Chris shut off the propane to furnace and water heater then he did a humidifier repair which was scheduled for next week and was here to instruct the propane person on what had been done. Lammers provides top notch service! Ben came to our home yesterday to check a concern we had re- our furnace. He was very knowledgeable, and polite. He knew what the "noise" was, and thankfully it wasn't anything to be concerned about. He checked everyrhing thoroughly and assured us our furnace is in good working order.
