They truly try to help a person. I called needing a motherboard, they can not get what I need so they are trying to get my board fixed. If not fixable they will help set me up with a unit within my budget. They are a great company. I highly recommend them for your hvac needs.

Excellent customer service. My AC went out on a Thursday morning, called them that afternoon and Kevin made sure I didn’t go through the weekend without AC. Stayed late on a Friday night to get the job done. I really appreciated that. I’ll definitely call Lamp Lighters when I have any issue they can solve in the future.

I called on Monday they were out on Wednesday to look at my heaters, I'm not great with names but the guy that showed up was very professional, polite and took time to answer my questions. He was here and gone in no time. I will definitely use them again and when I install a new heater. I definitely recommend this company.

They did a good job working on my heater, but if the price of a part is going to be substantially more than what you quoted. You owe me the courtesy and professionalism to call me and let me know. Not surprise me with a bill $300 more than what I was quoted.
