Could not be happier with Swafford! I genuinely cannot say anything negative. From beginning to end the service was phenomenal! Called returned and appointment set up within 2 minutes of leaving a message. The technician arrived early. Very friendly, super knowledgeable. Got straight to work. Within 10-15 mins she was at the door explaining what the problem was and how much it would cost. Another 15 minutes later we had cold air inside. Very pleased with this service. I truly have nothing but positive things to say. I had not heard of them until I searched googled yesterday so I asked the technician (she is the owner's daughter). They have been in the area for about a year, but originally started in Ottawa. The owner teaches the HVAC classes at NCCC. Personal note... I absolutely love seei

We had several companies in SEK come out and give us a quote Swafford was by far the best price and the most professional. They showed up on time & was great at communicating throughout the whole process they worked with us while we sold our home, no one else was willing to do that.
