I went into Ace Hardware to get some AC filters and they did not have any in the size that I needed. I was quickly ask if I needed any help. I ask when they would get more in and the employee looked it up on the spot and said she would make sure some were in by Monday. I didn't make it back until Wednesday but they were in.

Walk in the door and only one person greets me. Meanwhile I stumble around looking for my needs. I'm not familiar with the store. Two other employees having a personal conversation just 5 feet from me but neither of them can be bothered to even offer assistance. Finally, I find the two items I needed but only after crisscrossing the store three times. Still no one offers assistance. Then at the checkout, I'm half-way through the process when the phone rings. There are two cashiers there but one is fooling with stock on the shelf. The one ringing up my purchase STOPS what she is doing mid-stream and answers the phone. i'M STANDING THERE WITH MONEY IN HAND AND SHE WANTS TO SEE WHO NEEDS HELP 5, 10 OR MAYBE EVEN 50 MILES AWAY. So there I stand waiting because this brain-child can't do two
