John was amazing today. His first visit today was to look the refrigerator over & diagnose the problem. It needed a new motor to cool correctly. He went back to the store where he did have the correct motor and made another trip out to our house to complete the job. He was very friendly, nice, and knowledgeable about what was needed. We appreciate John and Lampe appliance For solving our problem right before the grandkids came for the weekend! Thank you very much!

Awesome service! They always return your calls promptly! Very polite and professional. When my older stove blew its control panel, I started calling every appliance place in the area. Every last one told me the parts were no longer made, they suggested I come in and purchase a new stove. When I called Lampe, they found the parts, and repaired the stove within days! They let me know up front how much it would cost, and was right on time to fix it. Several months later I called them again to replace a burned out heating coil for the same stove. Same thing, prompt and friendly! Love this place!

John came out quickly. Diagnosed the issue. Found that Frigidaire only sold the part as a $700+ unit, searched the net and found the part, ordered it, and replaced it in 3 days. Wonderful service!!

Super service!! Doug was a complete gentleman and very efficient! Pleasant to talk with and his work was outstanding. I’ve used Lampe Appliance in the past and they’ve always done excellent work! My dryer was fixed in a timely manner. Thank you very much Doug Lampe! 😃
