I had Lamprey Septic & Drain Services out to jet a dry well on my property and perform a camera assessment of my drain pipes. The technician, Zared, called ahead to fully understand the job and then followed up with a detailed debrief after the work was done. Excellent communication and professional service throughout the process—I highly recommend them!

Russell Lamprey was very concerned with my back-up problem and sent a person within hours of my call. Aaron came to my house, checked on the problem, gave me an summary of the problem and then solved the problem. All professionally, quickly and friendly!! Lamprey will be my "go-to" company when it comes to all my septic and drainage issues. Thank you!

Honesty is the absolute best policy, and I experienced it today. Two young men (Andrew and Clarence?...sorry if the names are wrong) showed up to pump our tank. When they opened the cover, the politely explained that the owner would tell me I was wasting my money and they would as well...the tank didn't need it. They gave me a good explanation of why and how to tell when I do need service. They were polite, professional, personable and above all, honest. It is refreshing to be treated so well these days. Kudos Lamprey!!!

Good service and knowledgeable technicians. My biggest recommendation to Lamprey is communication. I have used them now 3 times in the last year. We had our septic pumped for the first time by Lamprey last year. This was pretty straightforward. In addition, we added a pump alarm. The tech came in and handed me the box, zip tied the float to the pump and said that his part was done and that I needed to hire an electrician to install it. My understanding was that Lamprey installed it this was not communicated. I might have opted to purchase the alarm from the electrician instead. Two additional service calls followed that. The pipe going to the leach field had broken. It was repaired, however, I still have not received a call back after multiple requests to find out what may have went wrong
