Extremely unprofessional experience. Calls and texts routinely went unanswered, and at times the phone line was disconnected entirely. Vendor payments were routinely missed and, causing material delays. Numerous commitments—meetings and work schedules—were missed, costing me significant time. The “project managers” were rarely on site and unable to communicate in English, my only language, making coordination nearly impossible. I also had to expend excessive effort just to get their insurance properly upgraded. There are other issues to detail, but what is most telling is that I continue to get calls from vendors who have not been paid after many months. We have parted ways in the middle of this project and I recommend you AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I wish to give 0 stars!! Don’t waste your time and money with this company! Absolutely no commitment! I do not recommend this company to potential customers, as they do not seem committed to quality, transparency, or customer satisfaction. Very frustrating experience.

Working with Carlos, has been nothing but a positive experience from the initial introduction to completing the many projects I've now requested from him to take on (framing, house extension, siding, exterior paint work so far). He is very personable and genuine and that is the same for every member of his team I've interacted with over the previous few months. The quality of his work is very high and more importantly, was very communicative to make sure my expectations were met. I'd go out of my way to recommend him to others looking to do work on their home. Great guy and great team

We hired New England Pro construction company to install vinyl siding on our house. Our house is approximately 1200 sq ft ranch. The general manager Thales was awesome to work with, he went over and above finding the right color vinyl siding that we were looking for. The project started on Monday September 9th and was completed in two weeks. The crew worked from 8am until 7 pm each day. They stripped the old clapboard siding and wrapped the house in 2 days. They replaced the soffit and trim with PVC adding soffit vents after installation. The crews cleaned up every day prior to leaving and did everything we asked of them. On the last day the general manager Thales and the company owner Carlos came to our house the morning after to inspect the job and see that everything was done completely

Carlos and his team repainted my bedroom and office. I would highly recommend them! They are professional and neat. This is my second time hiring them. They worked in my kitchen and did an incredible job. I know have additional work that I will be hiring them for.
