I came across this Company about 5 years ago, at that time I had the pleasure to meet the owner and he was so pleasant to work with that I decided to come back again as a returning customer just recently. The manager Hratch has a great sense of humor, easy going, and professional. He does his best to expedite installation appointments, to say the least he can have work done in turn around time. Lancaster flooring is the best and their professionalism is great. They deliver their service on time. I did vinyl and carpet and my home looks beautiful despite needing some fixing. The installment was quick and any problems the company was quick to respond and fix. One of the planks was broken and I called Hratch and he took care of it within days it was repaired.
