Mr. Lance and his team did a superb job installing our new quartz counter tops and our new subway tile backsplash in our kitchen! I will definitely be going back to them for any more projects in the future. It looks great and we couldn’t be any happier. Let the pictures do the talking. We trusted Lance when we bought our new house. The flooring only lasted five years. It has a 25 year warranty. After 6 weeks of unreturned calls, he finally came out to actually look at our floors and the damage. Lance was very rude and offered no explanation or assistance in getting the problems resolved. Now, three more weeks have passed and still nothing. Lance will not return phone calls, and his sons, who also work there, only make excuses as to why he's unavailable. Terrible business model in my estimation.

The Kokenzies installed beautiful quartz countertops in our new kitchen. We were so impressed with Lance and his staff. Their bid was so much less than anywhere else, in part due to them ordering a jumbo slab rather than 2 slabs. When I questioned Lance, his reply was that he treats every customer as though he was doing it for himself. In other words, he would not be reselling my leftovers as remnants. Kokenzie will always have our business and our recommendation in the future
