We used Lance Roofing for an estimate on repairing issues found during the inspection period of potentially buying a new house. I called and someone answered the phone, wow, that rarely happens. They understood exactly what I needed and performed the estimate within days. That’s a rarity as well. The report I received of their findings and what’s needed to repair was detailed and easy to understand. I would highly recommend Lance Roofing. Excellent and professional. I will certainly use them again.

This review is coming from my personal account, but I use Lance Roofing at the apartment complex that I manage. They were already a vendor before I became the manager, but since 2021 when I took over, they have been nothing short of great for me and my needs as a property manager. Jan, Mandy, and Scott are always on it, as I'm sure the rest of the team is, too! I've had many vendors try to come in and sell us on their work, and many managers or coworkers tell me "try my vendor out", but Lance Roofing isn't going anywhere. They'll have to fire me as a customer before I ever thought of replacing them with another company! lol Thanks guys! :)

We had 2 side by side houses with storm damage. Lance came out for inspections on the day we called. They made temporary repairs and were able to schedule the roof repairs and roof replacements within a couple of weeks. The crews were amazing and completed all the work within 2 full days. Lance was easy to work with and we're so happy with our beautiful new roofs. Thank you Lance Roofing!

I was referred to Lance Roofing & Siding a couple of years ago by Servicemaster. A few Hardie board siding needed replacement on a bottom part of wall. I went through four different roofing and siding companies who quoted me really outrageous prices. One of them even told me that the entire house needed a new siding! They quoted me anywhere between $5,000 to more than $100,000! I won't disclose the names of these roofing companies because I don't want a lawsuit for libel. Anyway, Scott from Lance Roofing came out and gave me an estimate which was much more reasonable! It was much less than $5,000. Since then I've used Lance Roofing for other projects. By far, they are the most trustworthy roofing company that I ever dealt with. They do quality work at a very reasonable price. I
