JP Pelfrey installed my unit with zero workmanship. My 220v line has a nick in the sheathing, the unit is suppose to be 7.9" minimum from the ceiling, and the unit is not level. The condensate pump was installed on the living room wall and couldve been out of sight by installing it on the garage wall, which is the opposing wall to the living room. The piping was routed carelessly above my garage instead of bracketed to keep it out of the way (I store things up there).

Joel and his crew were professional and did a nice clean job at my cabin installing the dual mini split system. Everything looks and works great.

Job well done the tecks had a long drive and a long day putting in 4 head units and the condenser but at the end of the day they were still in a good mood very polite and even put up with my kid watching them would so recommend them to any one and it was so nice to come home to a cool house after. We went night fishing thank u guys o and they left no mess behind everything was all cleaned up

The young technicians were very nice and accommodating. They worked very hard. Very pleasant young gentlemen. I did think it was a bit expensive but I don’t want to swelter every summer. I have only had room window a/c units. 😊
