Despite many calls and promises to come out and give me an estimate on getting my lawn cleaned up i had no luck. Very disapointing as i have used their services in the past and been very happy with it. Now they just dont seem to care. Guess they dont want my money. Unprofessional and bad customer service!

If you care about your neighbors, do not use this company They do not bring rakes and simply blow your yard debris into your neighbors yard, even if they are repeatedly asked for years to stop. When you say something, they simply say we did not do it, even though you just watch them do it. I have spoken to management who claimed they would come back and slowly fix it since they do not bring rakes it would take several trips. They never did it this was after I had spent over $700 in landscaping to avoid city fines. They are paid to remove yard debris, that should not entail, blowing it into your neighbors yard. I do not see how it is legal. After 5+ years I am tired of making the same request every week

Lancescape is hands down the best lawn service I've had. It's difficult to find a dependable company that respects their clients. The crew always does a great job and anytime I've had an extra request or question, the office manager is personable and attentive. A few months ago, after a bad storm, I called to ask if someone could come by to take care of a large tree limb that fell. Knowing they were extra busy because of all the rain etc I figured it would be a few days until they could send someone. That night, after business hours and on a weekend, the owner came by himself and took care of the limb. Great customer service!!
