Land Design Landscaping

Steve and his crew did a fantastic job with our landscaping. I told him we wanted to do some painting before they started. He was kind enough to send the crew over to remove all the old bushes and level the ground so it would be easier to paint. Everyone was very nice and did the work all in one day.

Steve and the crew of Land Design Landscaping are outstanding. We became a customer of his in 1994 and through the years have been pleased with every job has done for our family. He listens to your ideas on what you want your completed project to be and then gets back to you with a plan. He has always been pleasant to work with and his crews are always professional in every way. Thank you, Steve, for all of your help!

Steve came out and looked over our back yard and gave us a beautiful design. We were very pleased with the ideas and the variety of color it would add to our yard. We liked the bid and hired LandDesign Landscaping to freshen up the exterior of our home and they went above and beyond. The plants looked great, they used good mulch, and the edging looked great as well. In fact, Steve was on-site to check up on the job and didn't like how one of the corners looked so he had the guys bust it up and do it again. That impressed us that they make sure the job is done right.

Steve is kind of like a bumbling used car salesman. He talks and talks, making promises he does not follow thru on. If you give him an hour for an appointment, plan on two. Plan on lots of stories. We hired Steve for some patio and landscape work in 2018 after talking with a half dozen or so contractors. We selected Steve because he had vision. We gave him some creative space and asked what he would do. He drew up some plans and a quote. We decided to go for it. When Steve and crew planted our landscape items in October, some of them looked dead on arrival. Steve assured us the plants would come back in the spring, and if they didn't, he would replace them. They didn't and he wont return phone calls or texts. (It is now mid June, calls began in April) He also said he would bring m

He came to the appointment, said what did I want,without introducing himself. I had appointment with Steve, I assume it was him. I told him what I wanted him to look at. He ask me what I wanted, I said I wasn't sure could he make some suggestions. He started rattling off types to consider and said I need to know what I wanted done before he could bounce ideas off of me. I said i didnt know that is why i called him. Very unsatisfactory meeting. He has no social skills or customer courtesy. I finally told him if wasn't interested, i had called another company. He said fine and left. I said he needs a new attitude...he said i did. What happened to common courtesy and the customer being right or at least being treated right?
