So unprofessional when it comes to consistency with teams and cuts on your property. Although office staff is great and always gives an outstanding customer service experience. It simply can't make up for the lack of care from the rest of the management staff and higher ups. Constantly needing to communicate to route supervisor just for them to do nothing, stealing hours where they could and the cut teams constantly running here and there. They overlook most things that would be noticed by most people. Very unfortunate to have this experience with Landcare Logic. Beware of the smoking mirrors of what they "can do". Proceed with caution

It was great

These people are so unprofessional when it comes to their job. I’m not quite sure where they got their training from other than maybe a cracker jack box. Most of them don’t speak English, which is fine, but at least one should understand a little English so they can communicate. I had a really bad experience for the last few months with these people when they come to our apartment complex, they would love to take their relief, blower and blow crap into my garden that I take great care of. After reporting them the next time they were here, they decided to blow pot soil through my screen and into my kitchen see photos below. These people need more training and their office staff needs to learn how to answer their phones during regular business hours. I do believe that they are targeting me
