Their professional delivery and installation made the whole process seamless. This place is top-notch, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I wish I could leave less than one star. Do not waste your time with this company! Do not let storefronts and lower prices for you! This is the worst appliance company in the state of Connecticut! I bought a washing machine from them 11 months ago, within 24 hours it quit working and it took them over a month to replace it. Now I’ve had the “new” Washing machine for 10 months and it just stopped working. I’ve called this number every day for two weeks with no return phone call. I stopped by the address of the Naugatuck office, it’s closed no longer affiliated with them. I stopped by the Waterberry storefront, door is always locked. There’s never anyone there. Worst customer service in the history of customer service! I can’t say enough bad things about this company. Don’t waste your time,

Working with them was so easy, they got what I always wanted, helped me with the whole kitchen appliance's plus washer and dryer for a great price!. Love to continue doing business with them.

I can say I'm pleased with my purchase. Washer works great and the workers who delivered where respectful and hooked it up quickly plus showed me how to use. And I might add the owner was able to deal with me threw all my anxiety and panic. Have alot of respect for people who go above any beyond. I'll be returning for my dryer soon.
