They used to be good 2 years ago . last two years they became corrupt and dishonest . They became so creative screw you up it was unbelievable. They charged 60$ for driving to my house it took literally 7 mins to get my house from his office. Then they charged 1 hour to replace a straw and I was standing by them it took less than 10 mins . They came to clean my pool 2 days before closing my pool . that was my experiences with them . Good luck with them .

This company closed my pool in 2022, 2023--early spring 2024 I noted it was not closed properly and the filter was severely cracked from freeze damage. 2 stars not one because they did replace the filter under warranty and the guys who did the fix were kind and I believe did a good job. It probably was an honest mistake at closing. But the office treated me like CRAP through the process and charged me for replacement sand. I reached out via email and never heard anything concrete back when trying to see if they would fix their mistake. I tried calling and no one would get back to me when they said they would. I literally had to go there in person MULTIPLE times with a newborn to get them to answer me. They kept treating me like I made the mistake or caused the damage. Though they did adm

I can’t say enough good things about Nate from Landmark Aquatics. Despite juggling responsibilities across multiple pool locations in the area, he consistently made time to help us—always answering our (sometimes panicked) calls with patience and professionalism. As someone still new to learning the systems, I truly appreciated how clearly he explained everything over the phone. His instructions were easy to follow, and his calm demeanor helped reduce a lot of the stress we were dealing with. Don’t sign up for service. Service not consistent. One tech would do a good job the next wouldn’t. Thought it would help me out but actually added more work for me. Came home to pics below. Deck was full of dried mud. Got no response to my concerns. Don’t waste your time here
