My garage wire fell of the spool and about 2 hours into attempting to DIY it, I felt its something beyond my comprehension. John with Landmark doors provided me a great service and did so quickly. I noticed a problem with my garage door and sent him a request. He stopped by for an assessment the next day and pointed out what the issue was. I had also done some self-maintenance over the pandemic which he mentioned I did a good job. Reason I bring that part up is that he could have said something like needing a full replacement. . .instead he gave me a straight assessment. My opener was fading. . .20yrs so it was time. He presented me with two options that he could provide and quotes for both. I asked to think about it and he gave me no pressure; I called him back the next day and scheduled the work.
