Bob and his team at Landmark Roofing were a pleasure to work with. Their pricing was competitive and they were very professional laying out options for plywood replacement and additional ventilation. They were prompt in communication, answered any questions, brought samples out to the house for color selection, and committed to a tear off and install date that worked with our schedule. I was also impressed with communication on the day off installation. I had a heads up that materials were incoming, when to expect the crew, progress throughout the day, as well as a update and plan at the end of the day to tackle some lose ends. Highly recommend Landmark!

I've needed a new roof for some time now so when it came time to actually do the work, I called Landmark. Bob came out and did an inspection and gave me a quote very quickly. I was happy with the price and scheduling was a breeze, they were very accommodating since I am having other work done also. The crew was fantastic and the job was completed in less time than I had expected. The end result was great. I never thought I'd ever hear myself say this, but I love my roof! And Bob even pitched in during clean-up! I'll definitely use Landmark again as I have a gutter project coming up.

Bob Doyle was easy to work with, he answered all of my questions ( I had many!) and he explained everything I needed to know about my project, which included a new roof, new gutters/downspouts and gutter guards.
